Day II

Fortunately, I did not die last night. I didn't hallucinate or freak out. I didn't kill anybody or break into the neighborhood dessert palace a.k.a Cheeks.
I woke up this morning with a bit of a slow start but as soon as I stood up I felt GOOD. I felt clear and energized!
Ok, Maybe not quite like that but I can never resist a muscle lady picture. They are scarier than that midget that sings Amy Winehouse songs. (another topic for another day)

Lessons learned thus far;
1) I love food more than I had suspected.
2) The hardest part about this fast thing so far was starting it.
3) The fast itself has become this really humble experience for me.
4) The wire is the most amazing show that HBO has created to date.
5) A lot is accomplished in a day that does not include a lunch time break.

Final thoughts;

I want to go to Japan and eat Hello Kitty when this thing is over!

Captain's Log

Today marks day one of what may or may not be a total disaster. I am trying out the Master Cleanser, a.k.a. the Lemon diet, a.k.a. это безумно.
We'll see how it goes.

This first day will included a 8 hours of work and sending a set of keys to a foreign land.

We can't wait to see Kim!
Finally, I will go to school and then home to a sick husband around 11pm.
Let's see if I make it.

damn it feels good to be a tankster

We had a really nice weekend that involved more fun than anyone could shake a stick at.
